o Using relevant concepts, theories and models of Strategic Human Resource Development (SHRD), identify the need for an employee training program in your organisation or an organisation you are familiar with. The assignment can be based on an organisation as a whole, a specific division, department or sub-unit.
Your task is to write a report and cover the following:
• A description of the organisation, and explain the need for an employee training program.
• Once you have identified the training need, develop a proposed training program by justifying:
o its delivery methods;
o potential learning outcomes; and,
o address any resistance to change that may occur when implementing the training program.
• In the recommendation section, address how the proposed training program will enable improvement and/or change in performance.
