this assignment is about recent memorable service experiences. one for satisfying and one dissatisfying and 1200 words for each section (satisfy and dissatisfy) or service encounter.
Section 1, You will write about satisfying service about Emirate Airline (measured satisfying service in terms of booking method, offering meal, flight timing, treating during the flight and so on).
And section 2 for dissatisfying service it will be about Optus telecommunication (measured service in terms of ADSL, late for sending billing, poor customer service in answering the call, late for delivering the service and modem and so on).
