currently operates a daily flight from Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), an international airport in

northern Tanzania to Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) based in the tourist island of

Zanzibar, just off the coast of Tanzania. The route currently uses an airplane with a

capacity of 200 passengers. Market prices (in dollars) for combinations of

source/destination of 3 types of rates currently offered by the company: “Fee Y” (business

class), “Fee B” (economy plus) and “Fee C” (economy). The prices they currently charge

for a direct flight from JRO to ZNZ are as follows.

Additionally, and according to historical information about this route, the airline has

estimated the maximum number of passenger seats that will be in demand. For example,

in the table below, the maximum demand expected for the JRO to ZNZ in Fee B is 35

tickets.

with a capacity of 200 passengers. The sales department has estimated market prices (in

dollars) for combinations of source/destination of 3 types of rates currently offered by the

company: “Fee Y” (business class), “Fee B” (economy plus) and “Fee C” (economy).
