Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

This assignment is based on chapters 6, 7, and 9 of the text. These chapters can be found at the following link: (https://www.academia.edu/7272872/CRM_At_the_Speed_of_Light)

In this project, we will examine Social CRM and more specifically the tools that are available to design and execute a Social CRM program.

Respond fully to each of the questions below:

  1. Define Social CRM.
  2. Identify and briefly discuss the tools of Social CRM, e.g., social media and social networks.
  3. How could blogs and podcasts be employed as part of an overall CRM program?
  4. What is meant by the term “managed communities?” What role do these play today in CRM.
  • There is no page or length requirement. However, it needs to be very detailed and answered fully. To be safe, I would think 2 paragraphs for each ? is reasonable.
