Background:

To review and assess your understanding of the entire course materials, you will create your own final exam. You must write your own short-essay questions. Then you must answer your own questions. Each response must:
Be at least 100-150 words (which means detailed, thoroughly explained answers).
Provide full support for your response.
Include the source of your information (full, complete documentation of all references used).

Requirements:

1.  Questions must require a short essay response and may not be answered by a single word, short phrase, or statistic only.

Example of NOT acceptable:
Question: Do people always give away their possessions before they kill themselves?
Answer:   No.

Example of acceptable:
Question: What are the risk factors for adolescent suicide?

2.  Each question must be researched and the source of the research must be fully documented. That means I must be able to use your documentation and find the same information your presented. (Listing only the URL is not acceptable. Use APA standards for formatting documentation.)

3.  Sources you may use include:
the textbook,
the university library, and
reliable and valid internet sources (hint: use peer-reviewed journal articles).

4.  You may NOT use Wikipedia, eHow, answers.ask.com, or any other open-sourced site or question-answering search engine. [You may use search engines to find sources but not the question answering portion of the search engine.]

5.  You may use as much space as you need for each question and answer on the Sheet provided.

6. The exam in worth 200 points. Each question/answer/source set is worth 10 points.
